Annual UPS Inspection and Maintenance - National Animal Disease Center

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0832 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Annual Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Inspection and Maintenance at the National Animal Disease Center, located in Ames, Iowa. The Period of Performance is for one base year and four one-year options.  The Base Period of Performance is September 8, 2026 through September 7, 2027.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.  The small business size standard is $19.5 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

A Site Visit will be scheduled upon request by interested vendors.
