This is a Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to National Cinemedia LLC for the provision of ADVERTISING PARTNERSHIP for movie theater advertising in Wichita KS, on or about 21 September 2026.

The advertising campaign is specifically designed to target the localized recruiting demographics by playing 30 second spots to run on screen prior movies at Gold CPT, Regal and Gold Regal theatres in Wichita KS.

Kansas Air National Guard Recruiting has a requirement to target highly engaged, localized, and collegiate & high school-aged demographics (e.g., ages 18-30) within the state of Kansas. To achieve this, the agency requires direct integration into the high school age applicants.

The agency's requirement is to target the specific, highly localized audience through their skills and activities and makes competing this requirement legally and logistically impossible. National Cinemedia LLC holds exclusive, legally binding multimedia rights (MMR) agreements with all advertising and communications for the three movie theatres in Wichita KS.
