137th SOW Building 1040 Communications Infrastructure

The 137th SOW is seeking contractors that can quickly design, procure, and install communication infrastructure that will include but not limited to network cables, switches, audio-visual control systems, monitors, and fiber to name a few. If your company can design an network infrastrastructure and test/install all designed equipment please provide your companies capabilities statement. 

Additionally, please review the attached draft Statement of Work and Drawings and reply with any questions, concerns, or clarifications about the requirements when sending in your cabilities statement.
