VAARNG Dental Services BPA

The Virginia National Guard is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Class 3 Dental Services in the southwest region of the Commonwealth of Virginia for ordering period of 60 months with a cost ceiling of $250,000.00.   A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about April 15, 2026, with a response date on or about 1 May 2026. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System Code 621339 Offices and All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, with a business size standard of $10.0M.

The Government will not pay costs associated with the preparation of a quote in response to the solicitation. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
