Cooling Tower Fan and Accessories

The United States Embassy in Kingston invites quotations from authorized resellers/dealers for the supply and delivery of Cooling Tower Fan and Accessories that meets the below minimum specifications.

Fan Belt - Belt 13-37P - Quantity: 2

FAN Assy 14-1255P- One Piece Super low sound fan - Quantity: 2

Shaft kit to include: Shaft, bearings, bushings and hardware - Quantity: 2

Fan Sheave 13-248PA - Quantity: 2

Delivery Terms

Delivery shall be FOB Destination - SUVI Global Services - Doral, FL. 33178. US. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with packaging, handling, transportation and delivery. The items should be packaged for international shipping to final destination - US Embassy Kingston - Kingston, Jamaica. 

Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted Cooling Tower Fan and Accessories specifications are equal to or exceed the minimum required specifications. 

Quotations should be sent in USD and must include supply availability, delivery time after receipt of order, warranty information and detailed product literature. 

All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). 

Interested parties should email quotations with completed NDAA889 representations to Kingstonquotes@state.gov NO LATER THAN Friday, May 22, 2026, at 2pm.
