Swimming Pool Maintenance and Water Treatment Means

The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan requires Swimming Pool Maintenance and Water Treatment Means. The Contractor shall provide the outdoor type swimming pool full maintenance for active swimming pool season and during swimming pool winterization period.  Swimming pool is located at the New Embassy Compound (NEC) on Archabil 28. The Contractor service shall include general cleaning of the swimming pool and adjacent territory, maintaining the proper chemical balance of the pool water, performing and reporting water quality test results, reporting water testing results. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by September 7, 2026 at 5pm of local Ashgabat time (+5GMT). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
