Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) Roof Replacement

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is issuing Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0120 for replacement of the terracotta tile roofing systems at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence and Guest House in Canberra, Australia. The work includes removal and disposal of existing roofing, installation of new metal roof decking, underlayment, battens, terracotta tiles, flashings, gutters, and downspouts, selective repair and painting of fascia, soffits, and eaves, and associated testing, warranties, and closeout documentation. The facilities may remain occupied during performance, and the Contractor must coordinate the work to minimize disruption and maintain watertight conditions.

The solicitation attachments will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. Prospective quoters must request access by email from Contract Specialist Patticha Gruenbeck at GruenbeckP@state.gov. Requests may be submitted at any time before the quotation submission deadline.

The email subject line must read:

The request must include:

1. Company name;
2. Name, title, telephone number, and email address of the company’s point of contact; and
3. Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code, as applicable.

Prospective quoters are responsible for requesting access sufficiently in advance to allow adequate time to review the attachments. Requesting or obtaining access does not extend any deadline for site-visit registration, submission of questions, or submission of quotations.
