INL Wet scrubber & recirculation water system for Incinerator Project

The U.S. Embassy San José, Costa Rica, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to provide all fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary to deliver a fully operational Wet Scrubber and Recirculation Water System for the industrial incinerator located at OIJ Ciudad Judicial, Heredia, Costa Rica.

The objective of this project is to assist Costa Rican efforts to effectively address transnational crime through provision of equipment, training, expertise, and law enforcement cooperation.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, fabrication, installation, QA/QC, safety, and supervision necessary to complete the Wet Scrubber and Recirculation Water System at OIJ Ciudad Judicial, delivering a safe, code-compliant, fully commissioned system with complete documentation, and achieve Final Acceptance within sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
