It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense.

2. BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT
The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Heavy Haul Gooseneck Trailer. The intended use of this equipment is to support the transport of heavy military vehicles and equipment.

3. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

-Payload Capacity       100,000 lbs

-Deck Length              Well Deck length of 25 to 26 feet

-Deck Width               102 inches

-Gooseneck Type        Hydraulic detachable gooseneck

-Axle Configuration    Tri-axle with air ride suspension with a rating of 25,000 lbs per axle

-Tie Downs                 Heavy-duty D-rings spaced with a minimum of 14 total

-Braking System         16.5" x 7" Air Drum Brakes with automatic slack adjusters

4. REQUESTED INFORMATION

Capabilities:  A brief statement of capability demonstrating the ability to provide a trailer meeting the draft characteristics, including commercial brochures or specification sheets of standard models.

Delivery: Estimated lead time for delivery after receipt of order (ARO).
