Sole Source to Vision Research, Inc. due to proprietary parts.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, tools, parts, materials, and equipment to perform annual inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Phantom-manufactured ultra high-speed cameras. These services are to be performed at the Contractor's facility and must restore the equipment to the original manufacturer's operational specifications.
