Sole Source to Parraid for Cloud and Migration AI Readiness Study

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us.
navy.mil no later than 11:59 A.M EST September 24, 2026. Items must be brand new. Quote all items or none.
Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1352 is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on
a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to
PARRAID LLC for Cloud Migration and AI Readiness Study of Omega Software Suite, (see section C of RFQ
for specifications) under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12.

MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED Omega Software Suite DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER.
Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by
Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please
complete certification and provide with your offer.
All items must be TAA Compliant.
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best
quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you
provide.
***Basis for Award***
The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name
quote no later than 11:59 A.M EST 24 September 2026. Only brand name quotes will be considered. Award will
be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote. The Government
will not pay for any information received.
