NOTICE:
This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and resources to provide us with Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing NDI System for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel. The level of security is unclassified only and documents involved are no higher than Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
Description of Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing NDI System
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing NDI System for Tinker Air Force Base (AFB). The intent is for the Government to purchase one Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing NDI System with training at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The following descriptions are from the attached Draft SOW.
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing us with the following:
Requested Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, parts, tools, material, supervision, quality control, and other incidentals and services to perform on-site Training of purchased equipment as defined in this (SOW). The objective of this SOW is to define the required result from the purchase and on-site training to ensure that the equipment meets all technical areas of the requirement and on-site training is conducted and completed at Tinker Air Force Base in accordance with SOW and manufacturing specifications
(See attached Draft SOW for full description). shall include: 2.1 2.2 2.3 Contractor Requirement, 2.4 Training, 2.6 Hours of Operation.
