Grounds Maintenance Services for IN075(MS)

Amendment 0001 Posted 4-9-2026. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 April 2026 (or subsequent date) through 31 March 2027 and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
