The Vermont Army National Guard requests quotations for hotel accommodationsCLIN 0001-  Bennington, Vermont.   Check in is 3 June 2026 and Check out is 5 June 2026.  The requirement is two (2) single occupancy rooms and 37 double occupancy rooms for 2 (two) nights. The contractor shall provide a block of 39 Total rooms at the same hotel property for the requested dates. Rooms must be within 30 miles of the Bennington Armory located at 100 Franklin Ln, Bennington, VT 05201. Double occupancy rooms must have two separate beds (full size beds or larger). Single rooms must have at least one full size bed or larger. All rooms must have an attached private bathroom/shower. Linens/pillows/towels/housekeeping must be provided. Rooms must have a lockable door and two keys provided. Check in must be available NLT 1500 on 3 JUN 26 and check out will be NET 1000 on 5 JUN 26.CLIN 0002 - Burlington, Vermont.  Check in is 3 June 2026 and Check out is 6 June 2026.  The requirement is three (3) single occupancy rooms and 55 double occupancy rooms for 3 (three) nights. The contractor shall provide a block of 58 Total rooms at the same hotel property for the requested dates. Rooms must be within 30 miles of Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT. Preferred location is  Burlington, VT Double occupancy rooms must have two separate beds (full size beds or larger). Single rooms must have at least one full size bed or larger. All rooms must have an attached private bathroom/shower. Linens/pillows/towels/housekeeping must be provided. Rooms must have a lockable door and two keys provided. Check in must be available NLT 1500 on 3 JUN 26 and check out will be NET 1000 on 6 JUN 26.Must have free continental breakfast and fitness center available for guests. The contractor shall provide all lodging, coordination, and related services necessary to ensure a seamless and secure stay for participants. Security and Compliance - The hotel must: Meet standards appropriate for official U.S. government–sponsored events. The quotation must include: Itemized nightly room rates Rates for: Single occupancy and Double occupancy plus any applicable: Taxes, Service charges, Breakfast inclusion (must be specified)Rates must remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
