FWA Rental of Portable Latrines and Other Related Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W912D0-26-Q-A004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Portable Latrine Rental and Other Related Services at Fort Wainwright Alaska and cantonment areas.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services and the small business size standard is $9 million.

As outlined in the Solicitation, all questions or concerns shall be submitted in writing no later than 1300 AKDT on 01 May 2026.
