The Bureau of Prisons is currently soliciting for a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services with a facility located within Illinois Counties of Adams, Brown, Pike, Scott, Morgan, Cass, Menard, Sangamon, Macoupin, Greene, Montgomery, Christian, Dewitt, Macon, Piatt, Champaign, Moultrie, Coles, Douglas, Ford, Vermillion, and Edgar. Home Confinement (HC) radius is within 200 miles of the RRC facility. Currently, the Bureau of Prisons does not have RRC and HC services for male and female federal offenders in this area; therefore, an IDIQ replacement contract is being requested. In an effort to obtain reasonable pricing it is requested that a tiered pricing structure be incorporated. Contractors will offer a monthly price when the Average Daily Population (ADP) is 20 or less for in-house RRC services and 10 or less for home confinement services. A daily price wil l be offered when the ADP is between 21-30 RRC, 11-15 HC; 31-40 RRC, 16-20 HC and over 41 and over RRC and over 21 and over HC. This Request for Contract Action (RCA) is for two separate line items. The first line item (Line Item #1) is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds as defined by the Statement of Work (SOW). The second line item (Line Item #2) is for home confinement placements as defined by Chapter 10, Programs, and all other applicable references in the SOW included in this RCA. It is the intent of the Government to award both line items to a single provider.
