The Navy is incorporating updated technical specifications into existing delivery orders that have not shipped or been delivered under this contract. The resulting modification will include a slight increase in unit prices for material and will apply strictly to the remaining, undelivered quantities of material. All previously shipped or delivered materials remain unaffected and will be invoiced at the original contract rate.
