United States Naval Institute Library Online Subscription Renewal

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for United States Naval Institute (USNI) Library online subscription to United States Naval Institute for Naval War College, Newport RI.

This acquisition will be performed under Other than Full and Open competitive environment, as authorized under RFO 6.103-1. The anticipated award date is by 23 July 2026.
