Greenhouse Roof Replacement and Rail Replacement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0438 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Greenhouse Roof Replace followed by a subsequent Rail Replacement at a later date.  Place of performance will be USDA Sugarcane Research Site, Schriever, LA.   The roof replacement can proceed as soon as submittals are approved.  However, the rail replacement cannot begin until December 2026, to allow for research to be completed.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220, Commercial and Building Construction.  The small business size standard is $45.0M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
