Notice of Intent to Solicit Only One Source ------------H-11 Digital Forensics Company, LLC

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) to H-11 Digital Forensics Company, LLC for certified X-Ways Software Training.

This procurement is being conducted under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source, as H-11 Digital Forensics Company LLC is the exclusive authorized training partner for the required certified X-Ways software training.

This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.

Interested parties who have the capability of providing same/similar services may submit a capabilities statement for consideration. Any responses to this notice shall be received no later than August 21, 2026 at 1:00pm (EST).

The Government reserves the right to evaluate all responses to this notice to determine whether any other source is capable of meeting the requirement. This notice may be the only notice issued for this acquisition.

Marketing brochures and/or generic company literature will not be considered nor evaluated.
