Flu Vaccines and Associated Supplies

Amendment 0001 is issued for the following:

1. To remove 52.219-6 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

2. Provide the Government response to questions received. See attached Q&A.

3. Extend the due date for offers to 5:00pm CT on 10 August 2026.

Proposal Submission is hereby revised to reflect the extended due date.

All other requirements of this solicitation remains unchanged.

Please review the solicitation document HM047626Q0030 and Statement of Work (SOW) and fill in the attached quote sheet. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) baseline.
