Intent to Sole Source – Fairbanks Morse LLC – LT Water Connecting Box Assembly

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit on a sole source basis for LT Water Connection Assembly (OEM Fairbanks Morse, LLC P/N PA12650721).

This requirement is a sole source procurement to Fairbanks Morse, LLC, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for a direct replacement LT Water Connection Assembly. The required part is proprietary to the OEM and must maintain the original form, fit, and function of the existing system. The use of substitute or non-OEM parts could adversely affect the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of the equipment. Accordingly, only Fairbanks Morse, LLC can provide the required OEM part that meets the Government's minimum technical requirements.

Interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203. The Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
