JL42, JL43, JL44 Aircraft Fire Extinguisher Cartridges

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island intends to procure Aircraft Fire Extinguisher Cartridges, Department of Defense Identification Code (DODIC) JL42, JL43, and JL44 via a sole source procurement to Pacific Scientific Energetics Materials Company (PacSci EMC, AZ) in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is intended for subcontracting opportunities only; it is not a request for competitive proposals.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this announcement is 325920 with a size standard of 750 employees.
