The U.S. Embassy Nassau has a requirement for a new large sports utility vehicle. Vehicle requirements include

- GASOLINE FUEL ENGINE 
- 8 CYLINDER 
- SEATS AT LEAST 7 PASSENGERS 
- POWER WINDOWS AND LOCKS 
- DUAL AIRBAGS 
- ABS BRAKES 
- SMART KEY 
- MINIMUM 3-YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY 
- NO SUNROOF PREFERRED 
- PREFERRED COLOR: BLACK EXTERIOR & DARK INTERIOR 
- MUST HAVE LOCAL SERVICE WARRRANTY
- MUST HAVE CERTIFIED DEALER TRAINED STAFF IN NASSAU
- MUST BE DUTY FREE
- MUST HAVE BAHAMAS TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

All companies must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work 
Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Nassau, Bahamas
Have all licenses and permits required by Bahamian law  
Have no political or business affiliation which would be considered contrary to the interests of the United States 
Willing to accept a US Embassy Purchase Order that does not allow mobilization or stage payments 
Willing to accept payment in full within 30 days after completion and inspection by electronic transfer of funds
