The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals.
