3. Provide your CAGE CODE or DUNS number.
4. Provide your company if it is SMALL or LARGE.
5. Please quote prices as FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
6. Provide the LEAD TIME.
7. Provide the Name and Country of MANUFACTURE.
8. Provide the part #.
9. Provide the manufacture’s specification sheets of the quoted item. The copied and pasted one is not accepted.
10. Provide the redacted quote and email from the manufacturer/distributor for the quote you received.
