The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt to inform you of the planned work requirement for:

Renewal of the heating system-FWP 1228.01-GO-DPO

A detailed description of the work requirement (SOW) is attached.

This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany. It is essential to ensure compliance with all German regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country.

If hiring subcontractors, offerors must also show that all subcontractors have obtained authorization to operate in Germany.  Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73.

A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Tuesday, 14 July at 10:00 hrs.

Interested companies should share the names of their attendees to GSO Procurement at einkauf@state.gov , no later than 16:00 hours on Friday, 10. June 2026 using the solicitation number PR16011802 in the subject line.

Only companies which are present at the visit , will be authorized to submit quotes against this solicitation.
