The Government intends to negotiate and solicit with only one source Element Biosciences, 10055 Barnes Canyon Rd., Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92121, USA for the Acquisition of Element Biosciences AVITI Sequencing System under the authority of FAR (6.103-1). This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible offeror may submit a quote which will be given due consideration by the agency.
