• This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
• The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA470426Q7010 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
• This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable.
• This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830 - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 100 Employees and PSC 3990.
• Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
