Portable Pier-Class Power Distribution Center (PDC) with Integrated Transformation

Amendment 1

The purpose of this amendment is to: 

1. Update Block 8 of the SF1449 to extend the solicitation close date/time from Thursday, 24 Sep 2026 at 4:30 AM EDT to Monday, 28 Sep 2026 at 1200 PM EDT.
2. Update Block 10 of the SF1449 to change the acquisition from unrestricted to 100% small-business set-aside. 

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

NOTE: The conformed copy of the original solicitation and the amendment is incorporated into the attachments as "Solicitation Amendment - FA441826Q01030001". The standalone amendment is incorporated in the attachments as "Solicitation Amendment FA441826Q01030001 SF30".

Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of one (1) Portable Pier-Class Power Distribution Center (PDC) with Integrated Transformation (Portable Pier Electrical Service Panel) in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics (see Atch-01). This requirement includes brand-name or equal Duraline cam-locking connectors, Hubbell receptacles, and Legrand Pass & Seymour receptacles—as these exact models are currently integrated into and utilized by existing shore-to-ship power infrastructure. 

All quotations must be submitted electronically via email directly to the Contract Specialist, Lt Hamilton (gervon.hamilton@us.af.mil), and the Contracting Officer, Taylor McDaniel (taylor.mcdaniel.1@us.af.mil), no later than Monday, 28 September 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

Please refer to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 within the attached SF 1449 for complete submission instructions and
the specific evaluation criteria that will be used to determine the best value to the Government.
