Lodging-in-Kind for the 56th Military Police Company.

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has issued this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to fulfill the need of the 56th Military Police Company requirement to procure lodging within a 40-mile radius of 7334 E Ulysses Ave, Mesa, AZ 85212. NAICS code 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels will be utilized. This will be a small business set aside.

The period of performance (PoP), as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) in Section 3, shall be from: 25 August 2026 through 28 August 2026

The requirement shall consist of 2 Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) for a total of 13 rooms and 192 meals consisting of breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the period of performance. Specific requirements are listed in the SOW and in section IV of this RFQ. The award will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order.  Offerors may propose a single, blended unit price for all 192 meals. However, the proposal must clearly outline the underlying cost breakdown for each meal.  Offerors are also permitted to calculate their total proposed price based on separate unit prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
