Navigational Database (NavDB)

This sole source acquisition aims to secure subscriptions and licensing services critical to the C-130J mission which requires comprehensive subscription/licensing services for developing, planning, and implementing integrated navigational database solutions.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of War intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
