NSWC IHD Sustainment and Maintenance Facility Support Services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Contracting Office is seeking companies with the technical expertise, experience, capability, and resources to provide comprehensive Industrial Facility Support Services (FSS) at Indian Head, Maryland. The scope of work includes the sustainment, restoration, and maintenance of energetic manufacturing facilities. This scope of work, detailed in the attachment, has the full requirements for this project.

This Sources Sought notice is being amended for a second time to update critical procurement details. Prospective vendors must review the following administrative and technical changes:

• Title Change: Formerly NSWC IHD Industrial Facility Support Service, updated to NSWC IHD Industrial Maintenance and Sustainment Services.
• NAICS Code Change: Updated from 811310 to 561210 (Facilities Support Services).
• PSC Code Change: Updated from Z1EZ to M1EZ (Operation of Other Industrial Buildings) to align with the revised NAICS code.Note: Please ensure all capability statements submitted in response to this notice address the updated NAICS (561210) and PSC (M1EZ) requirements.
