Pre-solicitation Notice - NAVSTA Housing Department Appliances and Installation

This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). The Government intends to solicit quotes from Local Sources Only.

The Government intends to establish a firm fixed price purchase order for EU and US appliances to include installation onboard NAVSTA Rota, Spain. The anticipated award date is 10 August 2026. Unaccompanied Service Members stationed at NAVSTA Rota who reside in permanent party barracks, have the right to reside in a well-maintained housing unit that has working fixtures, furnishings, appliances, and utilities. Cooktops and Range Hoods are close to reach their lifespan. This purchase will allow the Housing Department to replace obsolete appliances.
