The purpose of this pre-solicitation meeting is to address any questions potential offerors may have about an upcoming request for proposals for the preventative maintenance, diagnostic inspections, and repairs of approximately 39 (thirty-nine) 400 Hz System Converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA.

In accordance with FAR Clause 52.237-1, a single site visit will be conducted at Tobyhanna Army Depot at a date and time to be announced soon. Because background checks are required for base access, visitors who do not possess a depot-issued Contractor badge must complete the attached Form 648-C and submit it to the Contracting Officer’s Representative, Jay Reviello, at jay.v.reviello.civ@army.mil no later than close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
