SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove and dispose of existing airfield lighting transformers and replace with new (Fig. 1-11)  at the U.S. Coast Guard, Base Cape Cod, on Joint Base Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, MA, 02542.  Existing transformers: Contractors shall verify transformer specifications.
