Building 623 Drop Ceiling Grid System Replacement - Devens, MA

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A141 is the following: 1.) To revise the point-of-contact information for the Requiring Activity from Mr. Paul Lavoie (Engineer, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area) to Mr. Zygmunt Osiecki (DPW Director, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, e-mail: zygmunt.v.osiecki.civ@army.mil ) and 2.) To add the available site-visit dates/time as: Tuesday, 28 JULY 2026 at 8:00am (EST) or Friday, 31 JULY 2026 at 8:00am (EST). 

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new construction requirement in support of the U.S. Army Garrison - Devens RFTA for the removal and reinstallation of a new drop-ceiling grid system and tiles located at Devens RFTA Building 623, Hall of Flags Conference Center, 42 Quebec Street, Devens, MA 01434. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals, and services required to perform and complete the work necessary to fully remove and reinstall a new drop ceiling grid system and tiles.  Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Solicitation document.
