USCGC Kukui Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid

Statement of Work

1. Purpose and Scope

• Purchase and ship (10) 55-gal barrels of Shell Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid 68 to perform maintenance on CGC Kukui Controllable Pitch Propellers.

2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements

• (10) 55-gal barrels of Shell Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid 68 delivered to CGC Kukui between Oct. 1, 2026- Oct. 31, 2026.

3. Period of Performance

• RDD on or before Oct. 31, 2026.

4. Location and Method of Performance

• CGC Kukui’s address is 1480 Seward Avenue Sitka, AK 99835.

5. Roles and Responsibilities

• Contractor will be responsible for delivery and offload at CGC Kukui’s address. The cutter will advise the contractor on the offload location onsite.

6. Acceptance Criteria

• Coast Guard will only accept SDS Number: 800010042431

7. Security and Confidentiality

• N/A

8. Reporting Requirements

• CGC Kukui’s HAZMAT Officer and Engineer Officer

9. Legal Compliance

• Contractors will abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws.

10. Performance Monitoring

• The contract performance will be monitored and evaluated by the Engineer Officer.
