2026.04.22: Amendment 0003 was posted.  The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ's due date to 1000 CST on 8 May 2026.  Also, update Attachment 1 and Attachment 2, and Q&A's.  

2026.03.24: Amendment 0002 was posted. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ's due date to 0600 CST on 24 April 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

2026.03.05: Amendment 0001 was posted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the designated inland waterway port(s) of: Mannheim and Regensburg in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated through the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with the “Best Commercial Practices”.
