MPASS

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a sole source to SpiderCam US. (CAGE CODE: 9AYQ4), for the procurement of the installation and maintenance of the government purchased dolly system known as the Motion Platform Aerial Sensor Suite (MPASS) at the Lakehurst Ship Motion Platform (SMP), a software license for the system, MPASS inspection and technical support.

THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00P.M. EDT to Danielle Russo at danielle.m.russo4.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
