EOIR Safety Stations

Description

This RFQ is for Safety Stations in support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as prescribed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Firm Fixed Price Contract. All items must be new and not refurbished or previously leased. At this time EOIR is requesting a base year with 4 options. Also attached is EOIR's court locations to estimate shipping. All questions must be submitted to AndrewByrnes (Andrew.byrnes@usdoj.gov) by Monday July 6th 2026 1:00 PM ET. Please quote the requirement no later than Friday, July 15th 2026 1:00 PM ET. Quotes submitted after closing date will not be considered.*Please read SOW for details and return copy of 1449 with pricing in order to be considered
