Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice:
This is an RFI for planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested, and responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. REQUIREMENT:
The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS) is conducting market research to identify commercial providers of Sovereign Autonomous Systems (drones, ground robotics, and sensors) that are fully compliant with the American Security Robotics Act (ASRA) of 2026 and FAR 52.240-1.
OCAS intends to establish a centralized "Warehouse" model to provide federal agencies with pre-vetted, compliant robotics-as-a-service and hardware procurement, eliminating the risk of agencies unknowingly procuring or operating systems from "covered foreign entities."
