Mouse Single-side IVC Systems

This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ.

This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, size standard of 1,000 employees.

This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 13 Mar 2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement dated 07 May 2026. Refer to the FAR and DFARS for this information at www.acquisition.gov.

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for five (5) single-side individually ventilated cage (IVC) systems to be used in the vivarium to house breeding mice used on approved and funded animal research projects. System and associated items must meet or exceed all minimum required features and characteristics specified in Attachment 1 Specifications.
