Sole Source Award Notice - PIMCEchoSens Fibroscan Equipment Maintenance Service

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Fidelis Sustainability Distribution, LLC, under NAICS code 811210 – Surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a for a contractor to provide Maintenance Service on EchoSens FibroScan MINI 430+ portable ultrasound system at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.

Incumbent vendor, Fidelis Sustainability Distribution, LLC (SDVOSB), is the sole source vendor able to provide this service with a letter from the manufacturer stating they are the only distributor of this system.

This will be a sole source procurement in accordance with RFO - FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
