This solicitation is being amended to add FAR 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (Deviation APR 2026) in accordance with Executive Order (E.O.) 14398. Be sure to include a signed copy of the amendment with your quote package. The Contractor shall perform tree pruning, removal, and stump grinding at Danville National Cemetery in accordance with the Statement of Work. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
