AMENDMENT NOTICE

Amendment 2:

In response to recent inquiries, please see the following clarifications regarding the solicitation:

• Required Capacity (Tons): Not specified. Offerors should propose equipment that meets the functional and performance characteristics outlined in the solicitation.
• Power Requirements: 460V / 3-phase (60 Hz).
• Roof Curb: Required, but to be provided by others (not included in this procurement).
• Curb Size: Not specified.

Offerors are responsible for proposing equipment that meets the stated requirements in the solicitation, including the specified maximum unit dimensions as described in Amendment 1 below.

Amendment 1:
The solicitation is hereby updated to include the following specification clarification. This change is incorporated directly into the Description for clarity.

Specification Clarification – Physical Dimensions:
The unit shall not exceed maximum dimensions of 277” (L) x 88” (W).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Outdoor Packaged Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) Rooftop Unit
Quantity: 1 

Description:
Provide one (1) outdoor packaged DX rooftop dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) unit designed for commercial/industrial application. Unit shall include, at a minimum, the following features:

• Steam heating coil
• DX cooling coil
• Hot gas reheat (dehumidification) coil
• Horizontal airflow configuration
• Discharge air temperature control
• Minimum 2” MERV 8 filtration
• Supply fans with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Backdraft dampers
• Integral control components as provided by manufacturer
• Stainless steel drain pan and corrosion-resistant coil casing
• Coated coils for durability
• 460V / 3-phase power configuration
• ETL (or equivalent) certification

General Requirements:

• Unit shall be factory-assembled and tested
• Equipment shall be suitable for outdoor rooftop installation
• All internal refrigerant piping shall be factory installed
• Manufacturer shall provide standard warranty and documentation

Exclusions (by others):

• Installation, rigging, and setting
• Steam piping, valves, and external connections
• Controls integration and BMS tie-in
• Electrical wiring and field connections
• Curb and external isolation components

Offerors shall provide pricing, estimated lead time, and country of origin with their quotation. In addition, offerors are requested to include supporting documentation to substantiate proposed pricing (e.g., published price lists, prior sales history, redacted invoices, or other relevant cost/price data, as applicable).
