Notice of Intent - RFQ - 19ZA6026Q0003 - Chancery Elevators Repair

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the US Government (USG) to initiate a contract for a Sole Source procurement action for repair works on Chancery Elevators in Lusaka, Zambia.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The services will be provided in Lusaka, Zambia. This is not a request for proposal and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclosure requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
