This is to notify any interested contractors that one additional site visit is being scheduled for Friday, 24 April 2026 at 10:00am CDT. Pre-registration by emailing Scott Kraft at scott.kraft@usda.gov and Chris Carlson at chris.carlson@usda.gov no later than 10:00am CDT Thursday 23 April 2026.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0392 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall provide the preventative maintenance services listed in the statement of work for the sterilizer maintenance Service Agreement in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and its attachments.

One site visit is scheduled in two phases on 21 April 2026 at 10:00am CDT. Pre-registration is required per the RFQ.. Arrive promptly per the solicitation Site Visit instructions. No questions will be answered at the site visit. All questions shall be submitted on Attachment IV - Contractor Request for Information to theodore.blume@usda.gov by 4/23/206, 1:00pm CDT.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811210  The small business size standard is $34M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
