BRAND NAME OR EQUAL FITNESS EQUIPMENT

Amendment 001: To extend the due date for this Solicitation and update Attachment 1- Equipment List.  Updates within Attachment 1 are indicated in Red Font. 

Amendment 002: To extend the closing date for this Solicitation, update Attachment 1- Equipment List, and remove Brand Name Justifiation within.  Updates within Attachment 1 are indicated in Red Font. 

An Amendment 003 is forthcoming to add additional key salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics.

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Brand Name or Equal fitness equipment. A full list can be found in Attachment 1.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. 

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.  

Anticipated Award Date: September 2026
