A.3 Item Description:
Equipment containing lead used for radiation shielding in a medical setting, to include thyroid shields, lead aprons,
lead skirts, and removable drapes. Other components include lead from decommissioned lab equipment used for
therapeutic and diagnostic procedures involving radioactive materials. All material has been surveyed for
radioactive contamination and certified free of detectable radiation. Radioactive Property Certifications will be
provided certifying property free of radioactive materials and components.

THIS IS NOT A SERVICE CONTRACT
